Philosophy

"Together, we work at a pace that honors your story."

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree from the University of Denver. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, with advanced training in EMDR, ego state parts work, and the Gottman Method for couples. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma, including PTSD, complex trauma, and early attachment wounds. I offer a space that’s empathic, steady, and safe—where all parts of you are welcome. Together, we work at a pace that honors your story, your strengths, and your capacity for healing

Approaches

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are facing complex and often deeply painful experiences—including sexual trauma, domestic violence, acute trauma, and chronic PTSD. As an EMDR-certified therapist with advanced training in early trauma, pre-verbal attachment work, and ego state parts work, I offer a trauma-informed, integrative approach that supports healing on emotional, physical, and neurological levels. I understand how trauma can shape not only how we see ourselves, but how we move through the world and connect with others. Whether you're processing recent events or untangling the long-term effects of developmental or relational trauma, I create a space where your story is heard, your safety is prioritized, and your healing unfolds at your own pace. I also work with clients navigating parenting challenges, identity shifts, grief, and the often unseen complexity of simply trying to live a meaningful life. I am trained and use the Gottman method when working with couples. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that deep, lasting healing is possible.
