"I help women make sense of their lives—even the parts that feel confusing, painful, or too heavy to carry alone"
Hi, I’m Marta. I help women make sense of their lives—even the parts that feel confusing, painful, or too heavy to carry alone. With 13 years of clinical experience, I work with women navigating a wide range of emotional challenges—relationships that feel complicated, transitions that feel overwhelming, anxiety that won’t quiet down, grief that lingers, and trauma that still echoes. My approach is psychodynamic, which means we look beyond symptoms to explore the deeper roots of what you're experiencing. Together, we uncover the patterns and stories that have shaped you, so you can begin to move through them—not around them—with insight, strength, and self-compassion. Therapy is a courageous step, and you don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to start. I offer a supportive space where you can be fully yourself—no mask, no filter, no pressure to have it all figured out. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just tired of carrying it all alone, I’m here to help.
